Ceramic Seals

Torr Scientific is manufacturing non-standard ceramic breaks and ceramic feedthroughs for OEM requirements. The ceramic to kovar seals are brazed in TSL’s vacuum furnace and can also be TIG welded to stainless steel components. The ceramic seals are fully UHV compatible and bakeable to 450℃. All seals are inspected, helium leak tested and packed in cleanroom conditions. Please contact TSL with details of any ceramic to metal seal requirements to suit your specifications.
