Torr Staff will be completing a charity pier to pier walk in April in memory of Wendy Bryan, partner of Commercial Director Mel Thomas and a great friend of Torr for many years.
Wendy had a great passion for animals, so the money raised will go to the Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare who are based locally in Sussex (https://www.raystede.org/).
The 15.5mile (25km) long route is between the seaside piers of Eastbourne and Hastings in the SE of England.
The walk starts at 9:00am on Saturday 23rd April 2022 at the entrance to Eastbourne pier and will take approximately 6 hours to complete.
Low tide is predicted to be at 11:14am, so we should be able to enjoy a walk on the beach at points.
