Dr David Stupple, a doctor of engineering in the field of Micro- and Nano-materials and Technologies awarded by the University of Surrey
We’d like to offer congratulations to Torr’s Science Advisor – Mr. Dave Stupple – who’s just become Dr. David Stupple.
Dave is now a Doctor of Engineering in the field of Micro- and Nano-materials and Technologies awarded by the University of Surrey.
As part of his research Dave investigated the heat transfer in an aluminium X-Ray anode using a CVD diamond as the heat spreader. This has given Torr a tremendous insight into the optimum design criteria for X-ray anodes, we have passed on this experience to our many anode customers.
